    Our unique hardware guarantee covers our own exclusive greenteQ hardware and furniture, and, uniquely, it also supports tested hardware from some of our preferred hardware partners. Among these are top brands including AGB, Yale and Roto.

    Q-secure manufacturers have the option to fit a number of hardware brands when making their windows and doors. This is unique as most warranties insist on one brand, even if the hardware company does not make all the hardware required to build a window. That can leave homeowners thinking that their window is fully guaranteed, when it's not! With Q-secure, ALL the hardware is security tested and included within the guarantee, so your customers will have no nasty surprises if they ever have to make a claim.

    There are two levels of Q-secure guarantee that depend on which hardware spec the manufacturer uses – Standard and PREMIUM. Q-secure Standard pays out up to £5000 if a burglar gains entry as a direct result of a hardware failure, whereas PREMIUM will pay out up to £8000 – a massive 60% more!

    Each hardware product included in Q-secure is given a Standard or PREMIUM rating. If all the hardware on your windows or doors are rated PREMIUM, the window or door is rated PREMIUM and qualifies for the higher payout in the unlikely event that a burglar gains entry because the hardware has failed. We can offer such high sums because we are so confident in our products
