Where Can I Register For My Q-secure Door Guarantee?
Use our Q-secure installation registration form to guarantee your door hardware. If you have purchased Q-secure approved hardware that has been fitted by one of our approved installers. The warranty covers both lifestyle and residential doors, if a break-in occurs due to a failure in the hardware. By purchasing Q-secure doors from an approved installer, your installation is guaranteed for 10 years.
The Form
Our simple registration form is quick and easy to use. You can use this to register for your door hardware guarantee. To activate your guarantee, just fill out your name, email, address and phone number. Additionally, we will need the date of installation. This is because you must activate your guarantee within 28 days of the hardware installation. You can then ensure the door hardware is covered.
The Payments
Locksmiths
We understand that securing the home is important if a break-in has occurred. That’s why we will cover the cost of an emergency locksmith, glazier or boarding company. We will pay you up to £1750 with Q-secure PREMIUM or up to £1000 with Q-secure Standard to cover these costs.
Replacements
You could receive up to £3000 with Q-secure PREMIUM or up to £15000 with the Standard option for replacements or repairs. This includes either the door or window that needs fixing. This repair should be arranged through one of our approved installers.
Insurance
Towards the homeowner’s insurance excess payment, we will pay up to £2000 with PREMIUM or up to £1500 with Standard. After receiving the relevant paperwork, we will ensure you get this money quickly.
Goodwill
Q-secure will pay the homeowner up to £1250 for PREMIUM or £1000 with Standard as a goodwill payment. We do this to try to prevent any additional stress that is caused by the break-in.
