VBH supply the 22mm Yale Patriot Plus to registered members of our Q-secure manufacturer and installer network. They are tested to security standard PAS24:2016 as part of a doorset and are ideal for manufacturers who prefer a full flag hinge. The hinge is supplied pre-assembled, speeding up the fabrication process. Patriot Plus is manufactured from zinc and stainless steel and is available in eight colours. Patriot Plus is tested to BS EN 1670, achieving grade 4 on plated finishes and 5 on painted. When supported by Quad Guard security devices, the Yale Patriot Plus can be fitted to Q-secure and Document Q compliant doors.
Installers also love Patriot plus as it gives +8mm height, +/- 6mm lateral and +/-1.5mm compression adjustment. Yale Patriot Plus has a slimline frame bearing that aids plaster line clearance – another helping hand for the installer.
Patriot Plus is a lift-off flag hinge. It is fitted with a patented anti-lift feature to aid security.
Yale Patriot Plus hinges will carry sashes weighing up to 80Kg with 3 hinges.

If a door is fitted with Q-secure tested and approved hardware, we will cover you. If the door was broken into as a result of the hardware failing, we will pay up to £8000.

You can guarantee the locks on bifold doors through our Q-secure warranty. Q-secure will cover a complete door if it uses Q-secure tested and approved hardware. This enables the user to guarantee their door if a break-in occurs as a result of a failing lock.
