The greenteQ Sigma Door Hinge is a premium product that provides a quality flag hinge for rebated doors with upstand heights between 13.5 and 26.5mm. Please remember they are not approved for use on Q-secure installations. As the greenteQ Sigma Door Hinge is available in 11 different attractive finishes, you will find it easy to aesthetically match them to any rebated door. These hinges are incredibly strong and are able to carry sashes of 100kg, and will provide the door with a maximum opening angle of 190°. Hinges are supplied with all covers and fixings and have been designed to comply with EN1935:2002.
Use a standard 5mm hex key to carry out all adjustments on the hinge. Lateral adjustment of +/- 5mm is available, along with +/- 0.75mm for compression and height adjustment of +4/-1mm. Even when the hinge is fully upwardly adjusted the hinge pin is concealed by the gap cover.
