greenteQ Gamma is a premium high performance 6 pin euro profile cylinder manufactured in all the common sizes and supplied with three ‘Q’ branded keys as standard. Available in brass and attractive bright nickel, both have been tested to achieve a corrosion resistance of grade 3, BS EN 1670. Gamma cylinders can be supplied in double (key/key), single (key), thumb-turn (knob/key) and ‘keyed alike pairs’ (6 keys) versions.
The Gamma range of cylinders meets the classification 16000C62 of BS EN 1303 (Cylinders for Locks), where it has been endurance tested to 100,000 cycles. Using 6 tumblers per key provides pick protection, with over 100,000 possible effective combinations, helping to achieve a Key Security grade 6. Hardened anti-drill pins are added to all cylinders as standard, resulting in a drilling/chisel/twisting Attack Resistance of grade 2.
