Where Can I Register For My Q-secure Window Guarantee?
You can register for our Q-secure window guarantee using our online form. By filling out the form, you can register window hardware that has been installed by one of our approved installers. If there is a fault with the hardware that results in a break-in, the guarantee can cover you up to £8000. We are so confident in the strength of our window hardware, that we are able to offer one of the best warranties on the market.
What Information Do I Need To Provide?
All you need to do is register your installation using our online form. This is incredibly quick and easy to fill out. Just provide us with your name, email, phone number and address. We will also need the date of installation. You must activate your guarantee within 28 days of the installation to qualify.
What Could I Receive?
You could be entitled up to £8000, a huge pay-out that we are proud to offer. There are two levels to the warranty – PREMIUM and Standard. PREMIUM could pay you up to 60% more than Standard.
Breakdown Of The Costs
Locksmiths
In the immediate aftermath of a break-in, you could receive up to £1750 with Q-secure PREMIUM or up to £1000 with Q-secure Standard. This will cover the costs of an emergency locksmith, glazier or boarding company needed to secure the property.
Replacements
Get up to £3000 with Q-secure PREMIUM or up to £15000 with the Standard option for replacements or repairs for the window and hardware. This should be arranged through one of our approved installers.
Insurance
Here at Q-secure, we will pay up to £2000 with PREMIUM or up to £1500 with Standard towards the homeowner’s insurance excess payment. After receiving the relevant paperwork, we will ensure you get this money quickly.
Goodwill
As a goodwill payment, we will pay £1250 with Q-secure PREMIUM or £1000 with Q-secure Standard to the homeowner. This is to try and prevent any stress that is caused by the break-in.
